Become Whole
Ninety days. One battle each week. One full day together in Tampa.
If you do not win the battle within, nothing you build will ever fully hold.
The fight is not where you think it is.
You already know what to do. That is the part almost nobody says out loud.
You know which call you have been avoiding. You know the number you have not looked at and exactly why you have not looked at it. You do not need more information.
The problem is that something in you keeps choosing the other thing, and you have gotten good enough at working around it that you have almost stopped noticing.
That is the battle. Not the market. Not your competition. Not your circumstances. The version of you that has learned to settle for what you can get away with.
I wrote a book about it because I have been in it. Not observing it. In it.
This finds people in different places.
Discouraged
Something did not work. Maybe several things did not work. Now you are questioning whether you still have what it takes.
Successful but stalled
From the outside, life looks good. But you know you have quietly stopped moving, and you cannot say exactly when it started.
Standing at the threshold
A real opportunity, decision, or window is in front of you. You can feel that who you are today is not yet who it will require you to become.
Different starting points. Same work.
Mind, body, spirit. All three or none of it holds.
Most coaching isolates one of these and calls the work complete. I have watched what that produces, and it does not last.
Mind
Your thinking runs everything downstream of it. What you believe about what is possible, what you tell yourself when it gets hard, the standard you actually hold versus the one you talk about. We work on that directly, because every result you get is sitting on top of it.
Body
You cannot build something demanding out of a body you have been neglecting. I am not talking about how you look. I am talking about having the energy to do the work at the hour it needs doing. Burnout does not announce itself. It accumulates, and then one day you cannot push anymore.
Spirit
This is where I am going to be direct with you. My faith is the foundation of how I live and how I lead, and I am not going to hide that. If you are somewhere else on it, we will still work well together and I will not preach at you. But I am not going to pretend the deepest part of a person does not exist while we work on everything built on top of it.
Ninety days. Twelve weeks. Twelve battles.
Ninety days on purpose.
Thirty days can create clarity. But patterns that have been running for years need enough time to be confronted, practiced, and replaced. A year is long enough that most people drift somewhere in the middle and quietly stop. Twelve weeks is long enough to make something stick and short enough that you stay in it the whole time.
One battle a week.
Every week, we take one thing. Not a list. Not a system. One thing that is actually in the way right now. We name it honestly, decide what you are going to do about it, and I hold you to it until the next call.
Twelve weeks. Twelve battles. By the end, the list you started with will no longer have the same hold on you.
One on one, every week.
Just us. No group calls, no cohort, no recorded curriculum you watch on your own. I know what you told me last week and I am going to ask about it.
A full day together in Tampa.
During the ninety days, you come to Tampa for a full day together. We map everything from top to bottom: where you are going, what has to change, and what you are going to stop doing. Then we go to dinner and keep going, because some of the best work happens after the notebook closes.
People have paid for that day by itself. Here, it is part of the ninety days.
Between the calls.
You are not on your own for six days waiting for the next session. If something comes up, you reach out.
What this looks like in practice.
I ask the questions you have been avoiding, and I do not accept the polished answer.
I tell you what I see, including what may be uncomfortable to hear.
I hold you to what you said you would do. Not with shame. With expectation, which works better and lasts longer.
I do not coach from a book I read. I coach from ground I have walked.
This is not for everybody.
This is for people who want the truth more than they want to feel good on a call.
If you want someone to agree with you, tell you that you are doing great, and send you a worksheet, I am the wrong person, and I will say so in the first ten minutes.
If you are ready to name what you have been carrying and do something about it every week for twelve weeks, we are going to get somewhere.
What is different in ninety days.
- 01Twelve battles named, confronted, and moved forward
- 02A rhythm built for your life that you can actually keep
- 03Honesty about where you are and what must change
- 04A standard you hold when nobody is watching
- 05A clearer way to tell yourself the truth after the ninety days end
Sometimes the person is not the only thing that needs work.
Some people finish Become Whole knowing exactly what to do next. Others get clear internally and realize the business still needs a plan.
Built to Carry It works on both at once, with Expansive Thinking brought in on the business side.
We can talk about which one you actually need.
You do not have to start here.
Ninety days is a real commitment and not everybody is ready to make it this week. Todd goes live every Tuesday night at 8pm Eastern on Zoom. Free, and free of any pitch.
If you want to know how he actually works before you commit to anything, that is the room.
If this is for you, it starts with a conversation.
There is no checkout button here on purpose.
This is a real investment, and ninety days of one on one work asks something of you every week. The first step is a thirty-minute conversation. It is not a consultation or a pitch.
I read what you send before we speak. We use the time to decide whether this is right. Some people need Become Whole. Some need something different. Some are not ready yet. I will tell you the truth about that too.
Fill out the form below.
Take your time with it. What you write is what we start from.
I read it personally.
Every word, before we talk.
We talk for thirty minutes.
I come in prepared. You ask whatever you need to ask.
I tell you the truth about fit.
This, something else, or nothing right now.
If it is a fit, we cover the investment and the start date on that call.
Send It to Todd
Become whole. Build wisely. Leave a legacy.
