I have done this before. That is exactly why I know what this is.

The Supreme Court ruled in early 2026 that a specific category of tariffs imposed on American importers were illegally collected. The government is legally obligated to pay that money back. According to US Customs there are approximately 335,000 registered importers in the United States. The total eligible for recovery is at minimum 166 billion dollars and likely significantly more.
Here is the part that matters for you. Most of those businesses do not know this exists. Or they know about it and do not know where to start. Or they have heard about it but do not know who to trust.
That gap between what is available and what has been claimed is where you come in.
Your job is not to be a lawyer. Your job is not to understand every detail of tariff litigation. Your job is to identify business owners who imported goods in the last two years, have a real conversation with them, and introduce them to a process that puts real money back in their accounts at zero cost to them.

Here is how the math works. When a business owner recovers their refund, Opscale Exchange charges a 20 percent contingency fee, paid only when the money arrives. Thirty percent of that fee is set aside as the affiliate commission pool. That pool is split three levels deep using a 70, 20, 10 structure.
If you referred the business owner directly, you earn 70 percent of the pool. On a three million dollar file that is 126,000 dollars. For a single introduction.
If you referred the affiliate who made that introduction, you earn 20 percent. That is 36,000 dollars.
If you are one level above that, you earn 10 percent. That is 18,000 dollars.
Three people get paid on every deal. Whoever has the direct relationship with the business owner gets the largest share. That is how it should work and that is how this is built.

Commissions are paid every two weeks once a funded claim clears. These figures are illustrative based on an average file size. Individual results vary based on claim size, eligibility, network, and effort.

Most tariff refund programs require business owners to wait anywhere from 90 days to 18 months for the government to process their claim. This process is different because three partner banks with over 40 billion dollars committed buy the client files and advance the money. Business owners who already have an ACE account with US Customs can go from intake to funded in approximately 30 days. That speed is what closes deals. Nobody wants to wait a year and a half.

Watch the overview. Read the materials in the back office. Understand enough to have a genuine ten-minute conversation. You do not need to know everything. You need to know enough to open the door with confidence.

Identify the Right People
Who in your network owns a business that imports goods? Who do you know that knows those people? Think in terms of manufacturers, retailers, construction companies, healthcare businesses, technology companies, and apparel brands. If they import, they likely qualify.

Have a Real Conversation
Not a pitch. A conversation. Tell them what you found and why you brought it to them. Share the key facts. Ask the two qualifying questions. If they fit, introduce them to the process using your tracked affiliate link.

Make Sure They Take the Call
Once they fill out the intake form, an attorney from Thompson Coburn will contact them. Your job is to make sure they take that call. This is where deals live or die. Once they are connected with the legal team, your role is essentially complete.

Once the client file is funded and the money is in their account, your commission is issued within two weeks. You do not wait a month. You do not wait a quarter. Two weeks from funding.
