Recovered for Small Business
Not theory. Vetted, built, and worked from the front.
Todd Cahill has built distribution from the ground up more times than most people build one business. A team of more than 100,000 in a skincare startup. A 60,000 person affiliate team during the ERC program that helped recover 1.4 billion dollars for American small businesses.
He does not bring an opportunity to people until he has worked through the model, the partner, and the risk himself. And he does not make the introduction and disappear. He works it from the front, alongside the people he brought in.
Two programs. Two ways into each.
One path is for the business that may be owed money or may qualify for a benefit. The other is for the person who knows those businesses and wants to bring them in. Current availability and terms are on each program page.
Tariff Refund Recovery
N° 01
For Business Owners
The Supreme Court ruled that tariffs collected under IEEPA were not authorized, and a court has ordered Customs to refund them. If your business paid those duties as the importer of record, it may be entitled to money back.
The process is live and it is contested. The government has appealed parts of the refund order, and eligibility depends on your entries, their liquidation status, and where the claims process stands when you file. Start with a review of your import history. The program team walks you through eligibility, documentation, fees and timing before you decide anything.
N° 02
For Affiliates
You bring the relationship. The program team handles eligibility, documentation and the legal work.
Commissions are set by the program and scale with the size of the refund recovered, which on a funded deal can be substantial. Nothing is earned unless money actually comes back to the business. Before you enroll you get the current compensation terms, the qualification requirements, and the program's own earnings disclosures.
Section 125 Employee Benefits
N° 01
For Businesses With Employees
A properly structured Section 125 plan lets eligible employees access qualified benefits on a pre tax basis, which can reduce certain payroll tax costs for the employer.
What benefits are included, who qualifies, what it saves, and what it takes to implement all depend on your workforce and the specific plan. Start with a review of your employee count and your current benefits structure, and the program team will show you the actual numbers for your business.
N° 02
For Affiliates
You introduce employers who may qualify. The program team handles the plan design, the compliance and the enrollment.
Compensation is residual, paid per enrolled employee per month for as long as the plan stays active, under the terms of the current affiliate agreement. Todd still receives checks today from ERC work he did years ago, which is why he pays attention to programs built this way. Before you enroll you get the compensation structure, the responsibilities, and the program's earnings disclosures.
Todd earns compensation when a business enrolls or an affiliate he brought in produces revenue. Eligibility, results, savings, timing and compensation all vary by program and by situation. Read the applicable agreements and disclosures before you participate.
You have something worth distributing.
This one is less common and it comes up anyway, so it is worth naming.
If you run a business or an organization with an offer worth distributing and you need an affiliate structure built around it, that is a conversation Todd can have. He has built and led affiliate distribution at scale, and he can look at the offer, the economics, the partner and what it would actually take to activate a team.
Not every offer should be distributed this way. He will tell you if yours should not.
Come see how he works first.
This week on Tuesdays Live: You vs. The Machines, Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 PM Eastern on Zoom. Free, and free of any pitch. If you are weighing whether to build alongside somebody, an hour in the room with him will tell you more than anything written on this page.
“I build with people who move. Show me you can execute and I will keep opening doors for as long as you keep walking through them.”
Todd
